  • NCS Engagement/Contract Officer Role - Based in Ipswich

    We are looking for an individual to work as part of a team delivering NCS to a Contract Package Area (CPA) including recruitment of young adults, recruitment of staff, organising and delivering outstanding programme content, and especially gold standard customer service to all young people and parents. Exceeding minimum contractual KPIs and maximising cost-effective working. Ensuring safe and positively impactful NCS delivery within the CPA.

    Salary:  £21,840 p.a.

  • NCS Team Leader role - Summer 2020

    We are looking for passionate individuals to support teams of 16-17 year olds for our National Citizen Service programme during the summer. This is a fantastic chance to be part of an intensive programme which has positive and tangible outcomes for young people, whilst earning extra money during the summer.

    Working closely alongside a team leader you will have a unique opportunity to work with a team of 15 young people in a residential and non-residential setting. Team Assistants act as role models; they motivate and encourage their team through any unforeseen challenges and setbacks. They assist the team leader with the team and in delivering various personal development activities.

    We are looking for passionate individuals with either experience of working with groups of young people or the desire to learn.

    The Wave Leader is there to be a positive role model, to coach and motivate a team of staff supporting teams of up to 15 diverse young people. Your role will require you to support, stretch and maximise the learning for all the staff and participants throughout the NCS Programme.

    We are very proud of our strong reputation and have high expectations of all our staff and firmly believe that great team leaders are absolutely essential for the successful delivery of the NCS programme.
